Project Description:
This should be a simple project for someone that knows what they are doing. Not exactly sure what format to take. I would like a simple site that is aesthetically pleasing i or anyone that i designate can upload one or multiple files, the files need to be stored in an organized fashion (?file cabinets with folders)I want to offer to others that wish to download for a fee or for free for select individuals. would like to accept paypal (already have an account). For others that upload files, I would like to give them credit to download others.
The files will be video, powerpoint, audio, word, acrobat, zip, etc.

Would like a custom, relevant landing page to capture mailing list.
I would like a poll on the site, and social networking links.
Also would like classified ad section and blog.
