We are an Australian Telecommunications & I.T Services company looking for experienced telemarketing & telesales representatives or telemarketing call centres to sell our range of telecommunications services in conjunction with our IT and web services. You will predominantly be selling Telecommunications services (i.e. landline, mobile and internet services) to any Australian Business across Australia. All leads will be given to you via a web-based CRM system and this CRM should be used to log inquires and also log sales. If you are a call centre, this CRM system should be used by your call centre staff for leads. You will be trained on using our CRM system to manage leads & prospects. CALL CENTRES - PLEASE NOTE – The leads or prospects that are stored in our CRM database should only be used to market our products and services. You cannot use the prospects in our CRM database system to call on behalf of your other clients. We will terminate all contracts with your company if we find that you are using our CRM data to market your other clients. You must have vast experience in telesales. Prior experience in telemarketing for Australian Telecommunications service providers will be a huge advantage. You (and your telemarketing staff) must have excellent English skills. If you are based overseas, a quality VoIP connection is required. You will be tested prior to starting on English and also the quality of your VoIP connection. Payout, Sales Commissions & Remuneration Structure You can be paid in two ways. You can either close the sale over the phone by completing a Voice Recorded authorisation or you can qualify the lead and set an appointment so that our sales rep’s will visit the customer and close the sale (i.e. in essence - appointment setting). For every qualified lead, with an appointment, you will be paid $35 on closure of the sale. For every lead that you, or your telemarketing agents, close over the phone you will be paid $100 per sale. If the customer’s monthly telecommunications expenditure exceeds $1000 and you close the sale over the phone, you will be paid $200 per sale. (Note – for larger customers, it is highly advisable that you set an appointment and qualify the lead so that we can close the sale). If you are a call centre, it is up to you to have any number of agents working on this project. This is an ongoing project and if you provide us with quality sales, we will increase your commissions over time. Please note, payout is on the 1st of every month for the sales done in the previous month and the customer must be fully connected to our network. If you perform a sale over the phone, you must complete a voice recorded contract, this is then sent to us via FTP AND also via the CRM system. We confirm suitability of recording, complete credit check and connect after 7 business day cooling off period. Payout terms are slightly flexible so please place bid for 2 weeks payout AND outline in your bid, your experience dialling Australia and any prior Australian telecommunications campaigns you may have performed. Please also state your expected average sales per day (from your experience) OR how many qualified leads you may be able to generate per day. We are looking for reputable telemarketing agents - either work from home or from a call centre - quite simply if you perform you will have ongoing work, and flexible payments terms. |
