I am looking for someone with previous experience in building successful community website. The site will be in English and in Malayalam (Indian Language) need to add google tansliterate API, so user can type in Malayalam.

Community website should have following features.

1. Social Netwokring
2. Classified
3. Blog
4. Health Tips
5. Cooking Reciepes

Very importantly the site should ADMIN CONTROL TO RUN Rich Media Ads similar to sulekha
