I have 3D characters modeled and rigged in Maya 3D. I need them converted to .fbx with full textures and rigging for use in Unity 3D game development. I also need them converted to Blender with full textures and rigging for animation in Blender.

Here are the files I have in Maya, and supporting files.
There are six characters (folder numbers indicate priority) and about eight significant props - all to be converted into Blender and Unity 3D.
I need to be able to open all in Blender with rigs and maps/textures, and I'll need screenshots of these characters in Unity 3D which I will send to my Unity developer.
I will release $500 on completion of the first character "1-DICK" (see the screenshots of the files below) in Blender, and on approval of my Unity developer. Once the Unity Developer and I are satisfied that the conversion to both platforms was done successfully. I will release half the remaining funds up-front, and the rest on completion.
Be advised that there are multiple versions. I want the LATEST version, and I include older versions where they exist, in case of missing files or damaged or incomplete versions - communication on anything needed or missing is a must.
