Project Description:
Looking for a 3d First Floor walk through based on architects drawings. Elevations and floor plan files can be provided in .dwg, .dwt, .dxf and .pdf formats.

This is an accounting firm 2 story building that is being constructed much like a house. Furniture, pictures, computers, landscaping, etc, will need to be added. The walk through will need to include outside porches, views outside from the front door, back doors, windows, etc.

I will need to know how it can be viewed. We have Chief Architect Home Designer Professional Version 9, but the files we will provide are not in that format, nor do we have any experience with the software.

Based on the portfolios I am looking at from many bidders I may need to provide clarification on what I am looking for.

We have design drawings from our architect. From these design drawings I am looking for a 3d version, preferably interactive, of a walk through of the building into each of the rooms in the building with views around each of the rooms, down hallways, out the windows, out the front door, out the back door, etc. as if someone was walking through the actual building and looking around.

Many of the portfolios I have had the opportunity to look at don't seem to have any similar examples, so I was just clarifying the project in case there is a misunderstanding of the project.

Please let me know if there are any questions or further clarification.

Thanks for all of your bids. The bids vary tremendously with the highest bid of over $3,000 being more than ten times the lowest bid. I will be awarding the project tomorrow, so thanks for all of your assistance! I have outstanding questions to several of you that will help in my evaluation.

Thanks Again!

I have received a number of additional bids and will be analyzing those and will delay a decision until tomorrow or Monday, depending on any questions I receive.

I have also received a number of questions related to the project, so I will atttempt to answer them for all. All previous information provided is still correct, other than I am including a quick entrance and walk through of the small garage apartment. My preference is for interactive, but I believe almost all proposals received so far are for animation only. As a result, I will probably be accepting the project as animation due to cost.

First, I will assume that your proposal is for animation only, not interactive, unless you specifically send me a message indicating that your proposal is for interactive. Additional architectural drawings may be available in the formats identified above. Colors, materials, furniture etc. will be provided to the awarded contractor at the appropriate time.

Second, I do not know what the length of any animation will be.

Finally, assuming it is an animation it should be to scale per the architectural drawings provided. You may need to review the floor plan provided to follow the description that follows. It should start as a drive by the front of the property looking at teh property past the retianing wall, pond and spray fountains, into the driveway up to the visitor parking area, noting the fence at the employee entrance then up the walkway to the front door while looking out towards the street and then looking down the walkway to the front door. Then the front door should open and look to both sides of the foyer, into the administrative area to the left and over to the resource area to the right. Then down the hall to the right into the conference rooms on that side of the building and down the turn to the left to the back door past the storage room, looking into the rooms including the bathrooms and storage areas.

From there proceeding back towards the foyer and into the waiting area and view out the windows to the back courtyard where there will be a fountain and landscaping and a view out the windows in both directions also entering the rest rooms. From there proceed back to the hallway through the door and into the administrative area with views throughout the administrative area, then to the next conference room and through the coffee bar area into the kitchen area, all around the kitchen area and out the kitchen door into the hallway to the accounting office across the hall. From there into the large office in the corner, viewing all around the room and through the windows to the property, back out the door and down the hall, looking into each of the offices along the way entering the rest rooms along the way. At the end of the hallway the offices form a T. Go to the left at the T and into the office in the left corner, looking around that office and out the windows at the property on both walls. Out the door, past the remaining offices along the T, looking into each office, then to the large office at the end of the T, going around that office, looking through the windows, then out the french doors to the porches outside. From there all around the porches, looking both at the porches towards the front of the building and the courtyard all the way to the far end of the porches finishing the entire U shape, continuing to look at the back of the property, the courtyard and the porches along the way. Enter the gararage apartment, into the bathroom, then up the stairs to the garage apartment, around the garage apartment, including the living area, kitchen, etc, and ending in the bedroom, looking out the windows to the back of the property.
