3D Redition of a building Plan 2

We are going to build a Retirement Community using a unique design (like hotel suites) as can be seen in tha attached file.
The building plan will look like a wheel with 8 spokes. Each spoke will have a central corridor and suites on either side. There will be 5 suites on each side (of a spoke). Each suite will be approximately 450 sqft inclusive of the common corridor space.
The central space should be about 5000 sqft (from where the 8 spokes will branch out.
Each suite will have bedroom section, bathroom, wash basin outside, sitting area, kitchenette counter, and desk/chair.
I need:
1. A layout showing roads and landscape. Provide/Show a main drive up entry directly into the common Club House space.
2. Car parking spaces
3. 3D redition of the whole layout.
4. A typical suite layout. Each suite will be about 450 sqft inclusive of the common corridor space.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
