hi all, what i need is really simple, its just a design or plan using google sketchup. its actually an interior design process, i just need a parceling of the appartment area. the apartment sketch is included and the sketchup file. i will manage the project like that; bidders give me your sketchup and i choose the best and accept one bid that will make the design in 3d using skecthup. I think this is an easy task for someone who knows sketchup well. Note, dont bid without a draft design for what you will do. (in any format) or preferable is sketchup. ## Deliverables Design details: - Don't Miss with Balcony and the stairs area. - the main door of the apartment is the one coming from the stairs area. - as in the picture the master bedroom must be in the area. apartment should contain: -Master Room (for two adult). -a bathroom (contains a small jacuzzi or something similar) for the master room. (door inside the master room). -a bath room for guests. - a bedroom for children. - a TV Room (a Saloon like American style) - kitchen - storehouse (small maxumum of 2m * 2m) - anything else you may suggest the apartemtn is small, so dont make thing so big.
