Project Description:

I need a clone of GoToAssist.com's service. Most importantly, this service needs to allow tech support agents to access end user's pc's at the end user's request via a submit box. Client installation should be done via a java / active x application or some other install on demand system. This system should all remote control of any windows based pc where both the tech agent and the client are each behind a firewall.
