Dear Sir/Madam I am interested in setting up my own mobile referral system WEBSITE. This website will be database driven and should follow the specification below.

Below is a specification of what type of website I need. Please review this specification and get in touch, we can then discuss further details.

1) Customers will be presented with a professional, fast-loading website. The website will be informative about the services it offers.

2) It will feature headings such as a sign-up page, FAQ, Contact Page, Hot List Page. The website will be easy-to-use and easy-to-understand for both The Customer and ME.

3) The whole purpose of the website is for customers to buy a CD ROM; once they buy a CD-Rom they are entitled to a sim-free mobile phone!

4) The Customer purchases a CD-ROM from the website by completing the registration form.
They pay by PAYPAL, NOCHEX, FASTPAY OR POSTAL ORDER/ PERSONAL CHEQUE.

5) By purchasing this CD-ROM the customer is now entitled to a free Mobile Phone. To get the
Free mobile phone the Customer simply has to refer friends, family and anyone else to the
website.

Once The Customer has reached a greater referral value than other participants and gets to the
top of the database they will receive a free mobile phone. The amount of referrals will depend on
the total price of the handset. Their will be a MAIN CUSTOMER LIST on the left hand side. ALSO
there will be a TRIGGER list on the right hand side. Once this trigger list is full the next phone is
sent out.

6) There will be one database per phone model. The database will hold details about the customer such as, name, address, telephone number, requested phone, amount of referrals. The database will record that a CD-ROM has been sent out to the customer, the date on which it was sent, and who sent it. Once the customer has reached the referral number and the phone has been dispatched, the details of the customer will then be moved to a completed orders database.

7) The completed orders database will be used for promotional purposes and other related marketing.

8) Within an administration panel of the website will be statistics about the CD-ROMs sent out, Cost Per CD-ROM, amount of phones sent out, total referrals, total users, individual phone cost, total cost of phones sent out, total cost of users registrations. Using these statistics will help to make sure the website has profit.

9) The administration panel controlled by MYSELF will allow Emailing of users individually and mass, CD-ROM order history for easy dispatch, income & expenditure figures, Deletion of users, addition of users and the ability to edit user details.

10) The whole website will be extremely functional and also very professional looking. It will include images of the phones and also information on the system and how it works.

11) Maintenance will be required of the website, BUT MOST OF ALL THE DATABASE UPDATING SHOULD BE AUTOMATIC WITH MINIMUM MANUAL UPDATING.

12) For example, when the customer signs up they are immediately assigned a customer ID, then they are immediately updated on their preferred list. The are given an automated EMAIL response to say that they have paid and also that there CD is on its way. ALSO on the "contact us" heading CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEND EMAILS TO ME. This should be forwarded to MY PREFFERED EMAIL ADDRESS.

13) Lastly my website should have a space at the top for advertising e.g. AFILLIATES but advertising should be kept to a minimum.
