need 30 backlinks to my web site. I'm willing to pay on the following scale (based on Pagerank)...

PR0 links: $.50
PR1 links: $1.00
PR2 links: $1.50
PR3 links: $2.50
PR4 links: $3.00
PR5 links: $4.00
PR6 links : $10.00

The following restrictions apply to the pages on which the backlinks are placed...

- no wiki sites
- no blog spam
- no guest book spam
- no xxx or porn sites
- no drug sites
- no more than 30 external (can have many internal) links per page
- must be permanent links (or last at least 12 months).
- no more than 3 backlinks per domain
- spread evenly among the following anchor text ("self confidence" , "self esteem")
Here are a couple other points to keep in mind with this project...

- there will be ongoing work in the future
- if the work is done well, I would prefer to work in the future with the same person/company
- I will provide my site domain once the bidder is chosen
- I will need a list of the URL's on which the backlinks are placed.
- The budget is up to $100 (based on the pages' Pagerank where the backlinks are placed).
- this project can take a couple weeks, if necessary.
