Project Description:

I'm looking to make a replica or something Similar to these sites below. I need to have a interface designed that doesn't have to be fully functional now. In a presentation to a few investors the Shell or the Interface has to be somewhat operational. This will allow them to see what our scope and directions are.

I thought about having one of the templates from Templatemonster tweaked to serve now.. I've targeted a few. Have you edited , added, or redone any Template Monsters Before? If so can you show me examples? My business will be different from the below sites, but they are the close competition or model sites. I'd like to have some much different than theirs, but it has to be following the conept and flow. More details to the person or persons choosen.

I'm needing the basic Interace and working model now, then full site thereafter, but now again as said before trying to develop the FACE. I just need designers of web and graphics to respond, not interested in IT Companies. I'm branching off and leaving the Company I work for and taking my projects that needs development with me, so other projects for the right person.
