Program/Website to Spot Bookies Odds Errors

I require a program that can spot errors in bookmakers’ lines.Recently a friend of mine was using William Hill and noticed that they had given odds of 4.50 on an “in play” football result when the actual likelihood of it happening was in fact 1.08 and was the price other bookmakers were giving. This wasn’t William Hill being generous, it was simply an employ making a mistake when submitting the odds onto the website. My friend wisely placed £100 on this bet and inevitably won £450! The error was noticed by William Hill as they subsequently changed the odds to 1.08 3 minutes later once they had realized their mistake.
What I need is some kind of program or website which will spot errors in these bookmakers’ lines and alert the user of the program/website when a price error such as the example above has been submitted by a bookmaker. There are websites such as http://www.oddschecker.com and http://www.oddsexchange.com that scan bookmakers’ websites and find the best price for certain markets so I am guessing the same type of process would be used here?
Once this program has been created, I will be looking for a way to profit from it, not just from using it myself. I am thinking of selling the whole program on a website for a certain fee or possibly having a website with the program integrated into it where users can choose to pay to have an error alert emailed/text to them?

If you do, indeed, plan to sell such a system, what sort of commission or other extra compensation would you offer the developer? I feel you'd be hard-pressed to find a developer who would simply create a system worthy of selling for profit on such a small budget.
