I need a website designer familiar with Mamboserver to create a a quick downloading, flash-free mamboserver template for me. I have a basic layout of the page already, but it needs to be converted to a mamboserver template format with a left navigation bar,menus, sub-menus, sub-sub-menus, the works. Size of the template files is very important as I don't want the page to take forever to load. I basically know what I want the website to look like, but I could always use some helpful hints on user interface, color, font sizes, fonts etc. This individual should know mamboserver very well and not try to learn on the job. I have had bad experiences with freelancers pretending to know what they are doing, but failling to follow through...

This project should not take very long for someone well qualified.
Since I have had bad experiences before, you will not be paid until I am satisfied with the template. I will be willing to pay 50% on template satisfaction and 50% on actual delivery. This will insure you do not get taken advantage of.

After completion of this project, the template cannot be used elsewhere, sold to anyone else and I will retain all rights to it.
