I have collaborated on technical manuals for the financial, health care, and nonprofit industries and am a big fan of Photoshop CS4. This would be my first assignment writing the content solo, so I have priced myself accordingly. I am a US citizen but have lived in Shanghai, China for the past four years. I'm already working with CS4 professional and although I have no former "official" experience, I did work on the user trial version of QuarkXpress 4.23, developed for The Times of India ... and of the 23 odd improvements I suggested, 14 were actually incorporated.
