DescriptionProject : Permanent Backlinks
Objective: Get 100 PERMANENT PR1 or higher backlinks.
Quote: PM us with price per link.
PROJECT REQUIREMENTS:
1. No more then 30 links on the page.
2. Can not be blocked by google or yahoo.
3. No Blog commenting, linkfarms, free link sites, forums etc.
Rules:
- I am not interested in any other SEO services and will ignore those requests
- I am only interested in one way permanent PR1 or higher, DOFOLLOW links
- Do-FOLLOW LINKS from the following TLDs only:
.edu
.gov
.com
.org
- No redirects or cloaking (eg, 301, 302, meta-refresh, Javascript redirects)
- No classified ads
- No article submission sites
- No blog commenting
- Permanent links only, and must be replaced if dropped within 12 month
- Anchor text will be provided
- Check for fake PR or the link doesn’t count
- One way DOFOLLOW non-reciprocal, static links only, English language-based, no link exchanges.
- All links must be permanent. No rented links.
- No sites banned by Google. No black hat, grey hat or shady tactics.
- Link page must have a recent Google & Yahoo cache. Page must be indexed every two weeks or more by Google
- Must be manually submitted.
- Prefer that the link pages are content related and must be permanent
- Links must contain our target anchor text and link to index page.
- All links must be indexable by googlebot, NO rel="nofollow" !!! MUST BE DOFOLLOW, robots.txt blocking, java links, jump scripts, framed pages etc.
- Links must be on a page with a Google PR of PR1 or higher, not just a PR1 on the HOME main site.
- One link per domain, all from different class C IP ranges (different class-c IP address block).
- Links should have usa IPs.
- Links from websites that already linked to our site will not be counted.
-You May Not Link From: Link farms, link-exchange programs, blogs, FFAs, sites banned by Google, illegal, scam, spam, adult, classifieds, pharmacy, gaming, forums, or political sites, or guestbooks.
- All links should be from sites located in United States.
- I reserve the right to reject any links if deemed inappropriate.
- You agree to replace any links which are removed within the 6 months of the project.
- No sites banned by Google or sites (under Construction).
- Links should contain the target keyword/keyword phrase as text in the link anchor text hyperlink in combination with the link description.
- Links must be in text, no graphics
- Must be static links only. Only ethical work will be accepted.
- We reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet our terms
DELIVERABLES:
Must provide link reports (Excel spreadsheet format) which include:
1. Site Title
2. Site PR
3. URL Page PR
4. Link URL (the URL where our link is located)
5. Date Submitted
6. Where the link can be found on the page, eg right side bar, footer, etc
BID REQUIREMENTS:
- Generic bids will be rejected. Serious bidders only.
- Please bid the time frame appropriately.
- Please put the text "HELLO NICK" so I know you read the entire project description.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
- Progress payments will be made after verification of the URL, PR, IP Address, Category, and Anchor Text of the links will be done prior to releasing the funds (you must provide us with an Excel sheet as outlined above).
- Payment AFTER we have verified the links are live and they meet above requirement. Progress payments can be made for completion of verified work.
We will require any links that do not meet ALL of the listed conditions above to be removed or replaced.

I read your work very carefully, and understood all the requirements. We make all the links in pr1+ pages and the main thing is outbound, it will not be more than 50. I want to clear each and every point which I follow in link building process:-
1. Links will be permanent and not from using any software, because we don't use software, and only manually obtained links are useful for website ranking. So no use of such type of links.
2. IP address will be different for 95% of sites
3. The site theme will be related to your theme
4. Links will be direct and static.
5. Page pr will be same as promised at the time of delivery.
6. I will make links in normal sites with all site pages and very clean code of the page.
7. Links in FFA (free for all) is link spamming not link building, will build links.
8. The links page would be related to theme.
9. The links will be with not more than 50 outbound links on page.
We have total 6 years of experience in links building, directory submission, Article submission and all other SEO work (Both on page and off page).

Obviously with link page, home page, page rank, and outbounds links.
