Project Description:

1) We posted a project recently for Onsite SEO.We now plan to get a comprehensive Onsite and Offsite Solution.

2) We have a Real Estate and Loan Website.We need
a) Seperate blogs on the Real Estate and Loan Web site.The Blogs will be on Joomla or Wordpress.Whichever is suggested by you .The goal is to post articles and manage the content effectively.
b)We are not clear whether our current websites should be left as is or moved over to Joomla/Wordpress.On shortlisting you we will provide you our web addresses.You will need to suggest based on the overall situation.If we have to move to Joomla/Wordpress then the pages should not be optimised yet.If not then the pages can be optimised.The decision needs to be taken based on whether optimisation of website will have same result as hosting on Joomla/Wordpress.Pl clarify and suggest appropriately
3)We plan to use the following Offsite marketing
a)Article writing and posting on our blog and ezines.Linking the ezines to main and internal pages.
b)Social bookmarking the posted articles on our Blog and ezines
c)Commenting on Dofollow Real Estate and Mortgage Blogs
d)Commenting on Dofollow Real Estate and Mortgage Forums.
Please comment on quantity needed per month to quickly reach 1st page ranking on high traffic keywords or to get high traffic with a reasonable qty of moderate search keywords.
We already get 2000 visitors a day from our real estate site.We are looking to double that in the shortest time .We get the visitors from mls searches which are provided by mls idx that we do not get credit for by search engines.So when a client searches for a property the link is directed to a mls idx framed inside our web site.I need a suggestion for these links to be routed thru our domain so we start getting the credit for the 2000 daily visitors.Presently they are routed as follows
different domains and subdomains>>>mls IDX server>>>>framed inside our website
I guess if we point those different domains and subdomains>>>HTML redirects on our real estate web site>>>mls IDX server>>>framed inside our website then all the traffic will be routed from our html redirects and it can then be counted and reflected under our domain.Pl suggest
