Need Joomla Modification for Basic Template

Project Description:

I will have a joomla site setup and hosted on my server (basic install, no content or anything will be added at this point). I will give you access to add and edit a template to my liking.

Once you or I find a template to my liking the types of visual adjustments will be:
*Changing font type
*Changing background/foreground color
*Changing location of header/footer/body
*Adjusting module/template corners, roundness, squareness
*Adjusting header buttons
*When I provide a header banner, you will be responsible for making it fit into the current spacing.
*Few others

Once the look is found, I can add the content.

The most important part of the job is module, etc.. addition modification. The main work you will have to do is either photoshop editing or other type of template editing (corners, colors, fonts, spacing, etc...)

You will also add several banners/adds that I provide to the site, so the site must have space for banners.

I know the Joomla templates outline a specific location for modules, but if the module requires tweaking to make it look good, you will be responsible for that. (font type, color, spacing, etc..)

I have free access to all the Joomla templates at YouJoomla, along with those modules.

In summary, you need to help me find a good business joomla template that will work with oil and gas or basic business. You will implement a few design changes if needed. You will implement a couple unique modules, such as the stock ticker, a contact form, a gallery, etc...

I will add content, but only after the site is finished.

This should all hopefully go pretty quickly once we decide on a good template.

If you have any ideas for templates, or have templates you are planning to use please post in your bid. I will be more likely to select a user who supplies a list of possible templates.

I will put 25% into escrow up front. I will add 50% more into escrow once the template is edited and the modules are added and edited. The final 25% will be added once my customer reviews the site.

As soon as my customer is happy and the site is live with no issues (I will click through the site to make sure it is working properly) I will release the escrow.
