Project Description:

Looking for a click to call window similar to that of bestbuy.com and others. Simply looking for a small pop-up window keeping with the overall theme of the site and using a logo we provide. Using a small png button (you provide) text to read "Click Here to CALL ME", pop up window displays welcome text on how to talk with us "To talk with us please enter your phone number below. You need an open phone line to receive a call.".

This is to be a form submission, not a true ctc program. Customer to select country (default United States, only other option Canada), type in phone number, optional extension, a drop down of when to call (default right now, in 5 minute increments), and a "Call Me" button that submits the form and closes the window after bringing up a java text "Request Successful". The request is then emailed to our account. If possible we desire no requests allowed with any text other than numbers and no requests completed without all 10 digits of phone number completed. Open to suggestions.
