I need paid signups for a client of mine that is involved in a business opportunity. His company has an offer to join with a $2 donation to a charity. After 14 days, if they do not cancel, the signups will be charged $50 each month as part of their tuition to the online university. I need a long-term solution for generating these $2 signups. They must be adults with a valid credit card. They can be from North America or one of many other countries.

The short-term success of this project will be measured in the lowest price for acquisition of the $2 signup.

The long-term success of this project will be measured in the 'conversion' of these $2 signups to $50 monthly signups. This will be dependent upon factors out of your control, but the quality of the initial sign-up is relevant.

I must know precisely how the signups are generated. If the project is successful even by the short-term standard mentioned above, I will hire you for 100 signups per week.

My initial order will be for 30 signups.
