Spam on Linux server

There are thousands of spam emails being sent out on our Linux server. It is running Fedora 4. There are about 8 websites on the server. I need to know how the spam is being sent and need it fixed. Should be a simple problem for someone that knows linux.Skills required:

I think there is 2 simple method to do that, 1st using cPanel which notice you the heavy usages of SMTP ( u can add cPanel on your machine for $10 USD from me tier-1 dedicated license ) or set a monitor in SMTP machine... more
