cron to delete / replace file

Project Description:

Need a simple cron job and file with linux commands that will delete a file from a folder and replace it with a master file from the same hosting account every 30 minutes.

It is to replace a demo CMS file ..so that I can delete clients demo test inputs back to the master sales data

i.e. delete home/user/public_html/cmsfolder/file.php

and then

copy home/user/public_html/master/file.php to home/user/public_html/cmsfolder/file.php

If you can supply the cron info and file it runs ... I can change the file names and path as required
