I need clickbank set up on my website.
Also,need paydotcom.com set up on my website.
I'd like the affiliates information collected before they
are directed to sign up on clickbank and paydotcom so you'll
have to set up page for this..

Also,i'd like two banners created but if you are not able i will have
this done by someone else..

This should be easy for someone that knows what they are doing.
