Project overviewI am looking for the creation of a custom calculator, that allows people to enter 4 numeric values (house value, outstanding mortgage, outstanding loans, outstanding arrears) into a html form. The caluclator works out several values (based on percentages and conditional statements (if) before displaying 3 possible outcomes (aref or buttons), which flash and are clickable.
Successful bidder will provide:
1. Javascript syntax
2. associated html syntax
3. web site installation instructions
Details:
Inputs are text boxes that users can enter numeric values into.
Outputs are text boxes or values that the javascript calculates.
All are displayed on a html form.
Inputs:
1. House Value (numeric value)
2. Outstanding Mortgage (numeric value)
3. Outstanding Loans (numeric value)
4. loan/mortgage arrears
Outputs:
1. Total loans and arrears (numeric value). Calculates the total loans and arrears on the fly, whilst the user is inputting their data into the inputs. It will simply add together:
input 1 + input 2 input 3 + input 4 = output 1
2. likely offer 1 (numeric value). Calculates 70% of the value of the property.
3. likely offer 2 (numeric value). Calculates 90% of the value of the property.
4. Can we help you. Uses conditional statements to display a result. The result must flash and be a clickable link that takes the user to another .html page.
