Project Description:

I need a site or software similar to the functions of
iDesktop.tv

1. I need the software or website to be able to take any url from youtube.com and make the files available for download in AVI, MPG, Flash flv, MP4, MOV, and WMV formats for that video.

2. would like some external program that will also let them play the video external of any web broswer and have the option to have the window "always on top" of any other window or browser window.

3. would like the website to cache or store all urls that have been requested for download conversion.

*Not sure which programming language this can be done in but would may need both web for one part and external software for "external YouTube" ontop player

*Would also like to the program to work with the website mysql database to make sure a user is registered to activate the downloaded software.
