Growing real estate company needs a sharepoint designer to create a custom sharepoint site on our in-house server. The site would require these key features:
- sales opportunity screen were we could track opportunities to clients
- contacts management database
- automated script to generate calendar appointments within Sharepoint
- connectivity to Exchange/Outlook

Tasks:
1. Create a new Sharepoint template based on the Microsoft Sales Lead Pipeline template
Goals:
1. Custom view filter based on logged on user (i.e. role based templates)
a. Common framework & data, but contacts & opportunities pages filtered by user access level
(i.e. regions)
b. High level access (i.e. sales manager) to oversee all contacts, opportunities, etc.
i. Possible reporting options, or data export (i.e. MS Excel)
2. Alerting capabilities when new contact, opportunity, or calendar event created

Requirements:
1. Leads page to enter new leads
a. Ability to convert leads to contacts
2. Custom contacts management page
a. custom fields in addition to the standard contact fields

b. contacts page view to view referral source & CAP source
c. contacts
page view to see history of opportunities per client
i. if possible add notes as well (i.e. email history, or phone call log)
