Clean up our Email customer list by sending a new opt-in using your server

Project Description:

We have two databases with a total of approximately 30,000 customers between them. This is an opted in list, but we need to ensure that these customers are double opted in before we are comfortable using this list ourselves.

There are some e-mails with obvious typos such as aolcom instead of aol.com. We would assume 30% of these addresses have become outdated. I need someone to clean up the obvious typos and e-mail to this list for me and in the process remove the bounce backs/bad addresses and also capture any opt-out e-mail addresses. I will provide a text only e-mail for this purpose but am very open to your suggestions on how to improve our email in order to increase positive response. Each email should incorporate customers' name from the database I will provide.

We have our own email software that we will use to send our final message after we receive the cleaned and opted in email list from you. If you can also increase the number of opted in email addresses through your own lists please include that information in your bid proposal - we will be sending emails to new and existing business within the USA that feature our SEO service plans and would really like to reach 50,000+ unique and interested (opted in) recipients.

In your bid, please specify the how you plan to send, track delivery, and how bouncebacks and opt-out will be processed and sent back to us. Please provide as much detail as possible. We can send the customer files in an excel or text file.
