An '.h' file is provided that shows a sample of code you could use to make the declarations for the DLL.

Hello, we specialize in complex jobs in various MS technologies, including C++ Win32 API and COM modules. We have completed a variety of similar jobs. I suggest that, instead of a simple _stdcall wrapper, we build a COM wrapper for you. This will be much easier to handle from a VB6 (or any other Automation based) environment, and will also lead to fewer errors in your VB6-tier code.
All work will be done in Bulgaria, Southeastern Europe, and we guarantee much better communication and code stability than most providers from Asia can supply.
The overall project cost is just an example, we'll need to see the full scope of the native Win32 API of the DLL to be wrapped, then we can provide a fixed cost quote.
