Project Description:
This project is to design a real estate website based on the google map search. No geocoding will be included since our region is currently out of the google geocoding service. A community function may be added.The website will be similar to www.housingmaps.com but include a backend management platform. I prefer you have already developed similar websites before. Otherwise, you may find some open source codes like Open-Realty (simple?) if you are able to connect it seamless. Or check with http:// www.hotscripts.com/PHP/ Scripts_and_Programs/ Real_Estate/index.html for more codes. (no way affiliated with them)
The webpages (images) and the requirements will be sent to the winner only.

I looked at your requirements and its pretty easy to get this done with the backend service in MySQL Database and front end in PHP.
As you have stated the there is no geocoding, but if u could provide me the exact address of the property or flat the i can coordinate those address and get the markup on google and then would be easy to navigate through google, similar to http://www.housingmaps.com
Also providing the admin feature which admin itself can enable and disable the property which are sold or not in list anymore and that would be reflected on the site as well. I have in PHP for around 7 yrs and i am sure about getting this done ASAP, yes i dont have any review or feedback on this site as i am new to this site, but that doesn't mean i dont have ability to give u excellent service, also i dont have the site to show you as my previous work but i wam working on setting up a repository of my work and would be able soon through my domain which i have to buy and get the up.
