Need HyperLinked USA map in My template

Project Description:

I need a COLOR map of the USA put in my template (attached) I want each of the 50 states to expand - pop up or otherwise enlarge when they are moused over or clicked on. Once there is the larger image of the state then I need to be able to click in the general area that my local site covers and link to my appropriate web site. There are approx 190 total sites spread out over the 50 states that will be linked. I also need a site map (pages must be hyperlinked) made from my site www.charlotte.localhelpwanted.net as it is put in the 2nd template.

    Actually why not put your hooks in Google maps? Their API access is Free. For $200 if we are using Google I would expect to see links from the job listings to the map as well.

    I wish this was one of my DNN sites there are Free to $35 modules that do exactly the above floating around
