Human like BOT to be programmed for my online chatroom

a chat host for an online entertainment company the bot will play mini games with the people and also have a chat with them, I was wondering if its possible to create such a bot/program to do this for me with not having to get into the online system.
This bot needs to talk and respond like a human being
It will have to change the room game every hour
It will have to change rooms every 4 hours and greet the on coming host that will take the bots place (optional)
