  It will take 120 days for the work to complete.To this we use PHP which is a open source and can be used freindly anywhere with back hand my sql.The complete development plan here as follow:
  
  1) We go with intial phase with designing to the home page and also to the other pages once the complete designing done then we can go on with the coding part by using javascript with ajax implementation.
  
  2) As odds portal is a daily bet based website , we must be very sure with the requirements.If we get all the necessary requirements .
  We’ll approach in the following way:
  1.Design a datamodel matching the requirements.
  
  2.As bookies are the major part, we have to create a module for bookies registration
  and respective admin module who maintains all the bookies information.If bookies are country dependent(i.e. each country has their own bookies), then we have to maintain information of bookies based on country.
  
  3.Sports module , which has the information of categories of sports in our website and sports admin who will the maintain and update the daily information in the module(like daily matches, next matches etc..)
  4.User module.. which has the user registeration and his account details (such as their bet list, matches they have bid on) and admin to maintain user module.
  
  5.News feed. To above mention if you have any queries please do reply me.
