Not a "project" but a request for support as needed and as fast as possible. I have to configure crm after having succesfully migrated from another crm but I'm confused about all thoses features provided by CRM. But it could be a project if I need customizations to be done. Mostly, it will consist by providing me live support through IM regarding questions I could have when I have them. Expert required, nobody that think he knows or that will have to google for answer and that will forward me links or copy/paste. You have to be pedagogue and "imagine" that I'm a dumb. I place the bid as micro project as if I hire someone, I want to be sure it's the good one (already got a really bad experience with a "specialist"). If it's ok for me for the little that would have been provided, then we will be able to make the offer evolve. That said, and I don't have anyway a huge amount of money to spend on it. Best regards
