Excel or Access

I have an excel sheet that has some 10000 lines in it of orders. I need an expert that can take this data and: 1. Summary of Orders Per Client - combine orders per client 2. Average Total Orders Per Client 3. Average Spent Per Client 4. Order Frequency of Client - Average Days 5. Average Lifespan of Clients Before they Stop Ordering 6. Percentage of Product Breakdown ordered (only 4 products) 7. Percentage Breakdown of Reoccurring orders and Frequency 8. Location (State) of Average of Order These are some examples of what will be needed. Please post bid for the above and in comments, post what you would charge per hour.
