Compiling Foreclosure Lists

Hello, I'm interested in working with a virtual assistant who will compile NOD list. I'm created a video to show you how it's done. You will also be cold-calling landlords from [login to view URL] and other website to initiate a sale of their rental property. You will be taught by way of videos that I created using Jing. The most important thing is for me to have a VA that can work out of a very, quiet serene location. I don't want any noise in the background. I also need them to have a clear, US English voice. First, I'm looking for someone in the Philippines. If you're from a different country. Forget it! Second, I'm looking to only pay $2.00 US dollars or LESS per HOUR. Anyone bidding for this job with a higher bid amount will automatically be rejected. This is a long-term job assignment and I prefer a full-time or a full-time flex person (flex meaning more than 10 hours but less than 40 hours a week).
