complete website for a small business company

Hi Looking for a Joomla specialist! Need a small complete website for a small business company. The sites need to be logically laid out, easy to navigate, clean looking, and most of all professionally presented. You can design it with free, or low cost template. The site is for a small technological company and one special feature is required: A search field that when a surfer is writing any code / part number etc, will return a form (after few second that during this time an hourglass will be shown as if we are searching our database ) any with the code / part number at the proper field. The form need to have additional filed that will be filled up by the surfer, after submitting the form, two emails will be sent, one to the webmaster with all requested details, and additional email will be sent to the surfer with all the details and explain that we will return to him in a short while. Can the form be floating div…? Features : Home page 4 sections - this will be shown over the home page.
