Project Description:

I am looking for someone to create a front page to a web application. I will provide all the content, as well as a layout specification (wireframe done in Balsamiq). It will only be one page. I am looking for someone who is proficient in web design, Javascript, CSS, and JQuery. This will be the front end of a web application, as opposed to a brochureware site. Here are a few sites that I like. This page doesn't have to look exactly like these; I just like the stylings:

There will be links and images on the site, but no coding behind links that go to other pages will be necessary. There will be a few logo-type images that will have to be created.
