    I would like to know your job description in detail because then only I can place a fair bid and you can evaluate us. Please do mention the number of words you are looking and also the area like legal or IT oriented, etc so that I can have a good clarity.

    For making a reasonable bid; I'd require to know how many words you're looking at, the level of research (post-graduate/doctorate) and the kind of vertical expertise you would require (eg. if you require a plan with a whole lot of aero-space engineering details to set up, say a sea launch platform, then you'd require someone who is able to research and understand the variables required to set up such a business - engineering). Would be grateful if you'll post the same as a clarification.
