Consultant must have sufficient experience working with an established skincare/cosmetics company (l'oreal etc).

There are a few questions I need to ask.
1. Who is the owner of this brand?
2. What sort of interest the current company has in this brand?
3. Is the brand registered in the home country of the current company?
4. Have any search done at the Trade Marks' Registry to ascertain that this brand is or not registered?
Before using a brand, all the due dilligence would have to be done to ensure who is the owner of the brand and if the owner is agreeable to allow the current company to use the brand upon certain conditions. This is important as the use of another's brand can in Court action for infringement.
