Project Description:

------------------- Max Bid for this project is $500 Fixed---------

We are looking to develop a prototype freelancer website similar to Odesk based on cloud technology drawing on various currently available free APIs.

Using the Odesk model we will be requiring from the applicant a detailed outline of your perceived approach and methodology coupled with the cost effective approach to this project.

Additionally a similar front end design to the target site will be required and we already have the visuals ready for you to commence this also.

You will of course be competent with Java, Python etc and be familiar with the various APIs and Cloud Engines currently available ie Google etc

Please also provide a portfolio of cloud based projects recently completed.

Once completed we have at least 12 months of related contracts available to discuss.

As this will be our fist project with you we have set a fixed budget + bonus if completed accurately.

The first half payment will be made when the project is completed, with the other half being made when all bugs are resolved and the site has at least 2 working examples. No escrow payment upfront.

    Hello,

    Honestly, requirements looks confusing.

    On one side you said it is prototype and other side you expect it to have 2 working example. I may be wrong but doesn't really tell what exactly you need. Odesk has so many features and all can't be part of prototype is well understood.

    You should probably mention what features (1 or 2) you want to cover (end-to-end) for prototype development and should be validates with 2 working examples. It will help to even provide timelines for prototype development. Fixed budget is fine as long as you expect a prototype to be delivered.

    Said that, I am working on a product (beta) which we have hosted on Google Cloud and using Django/Python on server side. On Client side it is flex.

    I wish to discuss in detail about the scope before you award or I accept the project. Let me know and we can catch up on IM.
