Project Description:

Custom group buying script wanted, and Need a turn key, complete project. Prefer ASP based instead of PHP, and it is also ok if it is built on an existing shopping cart system. Have been working with other programmers that are very slow, and not responsive, and repeatedly ignore changes that I need. Willing to pay for speed and quality, and someone that can make it happen quickly and can show completed project demo. This should be similar to Groupon or living social, but we will require a few modifications.

I am getting some notes from people that say they can develop it. I really need it to be turn key - done. I realize, I have put this project out there, and some people are bidding on this, and the same people have bid on virtually the exact same project for half the price. I am offering more money because I don't want to wait, and I don't want to be disappointed again.

I was working with one developer who said they could do this, and have been chasing errors and fixes for 4 weeks past when the project was supposed to be done. So this time, I need someone to have it done - finished on their dev server... I can check all aspects, front and admin back end... make a few subtle changes... and when it's 100%, I'll pay the entire contract and have it installed on my server.

I do not want to go through the development not getting finished, and have multiple "half done" web sites.
