i need a customized silverlight player as well as some one who can stream video putting on web with good quality and video should run on web smoothly without getting buffered in very low bandwith too...!!

    Hi. As I understand, I can create an upload for the whole video. On server I will re-code the video in high quality and one in lower quality and serve it via website silverlight player. Right?
