OUR OBJECTIVE:

We are looking for experts of VICIDIAL & ASTERISK for REMOTE INSTALLATION and ongoing remote support.

We are loooking for a partner that will also configure sip trunks and will be availabe, when necessary, to support us during our business hours i.e. (9am - 8 pm Gmt+2) by appointment or any time in case of urgent critical situations.

We are also willing to learn how to manage asterisk and vicidial, as we wants to be capable to manage on our onw our server and asterisk and vicidial for day by day tasks.

We wants to build-up the system (Vicidial/Asterisk) to support a BLENDED CALL CENTER, with local agents (at our office, and remote agents home based). Blended call center: "a call center that allows agents to both make and receive calls as demand and strategy dictate. Combining automatic call distribution for incoming calls with predictive dialing for outbound calls, it makes more efficient use of an agent as each can handle the overflow of the other. In addition, the different types of calls add variety to the day and make the job less boring"

THW WAY WE WORK:

Every time we hire a new partner we closely cooperate to learn on the job.

This means that during the cooperation we must be able to learn so that, step by step, every time we learn something we will do it on our own and we will ask our partner to do more complex things and then later we will learn and so on growing in complexity.

Despite we wants to understand and learn, most likely, in many occasions we may continue to ask our partner to do things that we already learned how to do but we don't have time.

In conclusion we expect a quotation for the installation of vicidial and asterisk to be working with voip trunks configured and our client (sip clients on pc's and some voip phone) properly working.

We have experience in using a remote Pbx with asterisk and an user friendly GUI (see www.pbxes.com). We are able to configure trunks, extensions, quees, ring groups, digiotal receptionists, etc. So we wants to continue to use an user-friendly GUI (like Freepbx or others)

A very good english is required for communications. Also availability to work with us during an agreed time in our business hours, when necessary. Availability ma be necessary at any time in case of emergency.

QUOTATION:

We need to receive

-a quotation for installation of asterisk, freepbx (or other GUI), vicidial

- a separAte quote for hourly rate for ongoing remote support and "training on the job" of a couple of our staff.

We will give priority to those quotes that will be very competitive on the installation, taking in consideration that we will request ongoing support on a regular base for long time.
