My site has been down for 2 daysI had a programmer doing some work for me and well lets just say my site is no longer working!
I had a resent back up, just hours before the designer went in and messed things up. Thinking that it would upload the site as it was before he went in, I uploaded from this back up. Now I am getting this error message: See attachment
I need someone that can fix this easily. And not make things worst.

leadweb is right, you can ask your hosting people to recover your site. They have daily backups, usually.
Reading the error message your last designer tried to upgrade the wordpress version automatically, common error, a manual upgrade is always better. Hope you can recover your site quickly. Best. SEMPover 1 year ago

I guess you tried to upgrade wordpress. Anyways if you have backup I can easily do it as I had this problem in my blog too http://dailytechpost.com.

I feel your pain. You can't usually install a backup, it has to be done by the server admin. Contact your hosting company support and they'll fix that right up for ya.
