Small eBook (12-18 pp?) - Freight Broker Skills

This project requires knowledge of not only freight and trucking but freight brokering as well. The title of the eBook will be "7 Skills of Highly Effective Freight Brokers" and I already have the 7 skills identified along with a brief outline with suggested content. Several skills, for example, include telephone, negotiation, service, organizational and cash management. The eBook will require a brief Introduction and a brief Summary or Conclusion. Perfect English is required and material must pass Copyscape - no plagerism. Finished material must be provided in an older version of MSWord. The purpose of this book will be used as a freebie to gain opt-ins. The ebook is not meant to go into a lot of detail.
