Programmer must have knowledge of Asterisk, Linux, AGI Scripts (Perl), PHP, CTI, IVR
Application should work like so:
1. Agent is logged into web page
2. Call comes in
3. The box that says Thank You For Calling Harrington Racing will change based on DID, Keypress and Sub Menu options
4. User will have the option to setup via an admin page a customized greeting based that tells the user how to answer the phone based on DNIS, extension and sub menu that will generate cti screen pops.
Greeting will be configured as to the users requirement but based on where the call comes from (DNIS, Main Menu, Key Press Menu, Sub Menu, etc.)
5. The main page will act as a switchboard. It will allow user answer, transfer, park and place calls on hold via drag and drop.
We would like to develop a survey scripting tool that can be configured by the admin. The scripting design tool will be a survey tool that will be designed by the admin and used by the call center agent as a guided tool to ask and answer questions to the caller.
There is a open source tool called lime survey that does a similar function that I am sure we can use to write the code
