I have a Joomla based website that is designed to sell and also allow free posts of classified ads.

I need to have someone modify a the classified ads program (ListBingo) .css files etc. to make basically a cooler looking carbon copy of Craigslist.org with more features.

I need someone to come up with a COOL, memorable logo for the site and change colors etc. on the template to make it unique.

I'm on a limited budget so LOWEST BIDS will be Considered First.

I've already installed a super FAST LOADING, SEO / SEF friendly template, but need someone to make it look a little cooler and design a cool, memorable logo for SwapTribe.com and I also need someone to make the site look really cool.

I also need a SEF plugin installed and I am willing to pay for a GOOD SEF plugin.

REQUIRED FEATURES:
1.) Need a COOL logo / template mods that make it look COOL and help people remember SwapTribe.com

2.) I added "Badges functionality" and need to have the (3) .css files modified to allow users to purchase: 1). Bold title, 2.) Yellow Highlighting, 3.) Or FEATURED (BOLD AND HIGHLIGHTED). Will start off FREE to Post, but I want members to be able to chose upgraded (featured) listings for a small fee, functionality already in place.

3.) Need a way to SELL banner ads to support the site. I need you to find, buy, install a banner ad program that allows banner ads to be purchased for a specific ammount of time and posted on the site. MUST have Auto expiration.

4.) I'd like to see if there's a way you can "scrape" craigslist to copy the posts and add them to the site.

5.) Must be SEF (I need you to install a good SEF program so all classified ads are SEF).


Please don't reply or bid if you can't provide a classifieds site that is ready to go as soon as you're done. I don't need someone who is limited in ability and can only make it look nice. I need ALL features of craigslist, but cooler. It needs to be awesome and it needs to be WC3 compliant.

Site needs to generate a TON of users and it needs to be easy to use.

It's got to look a little cooler than the basic black and white craigslist site.

This site is meant to be used to generate income, so it needs some sort of system where I can sell / maybe even automatically publish advertisements.

Need to be able to charge to post certain types of ads.
