I require architectural model/ drawings of a medical centre to be completed from sketch and base ArchiCAD drawing of the tenancy. It is a fairly simple layout and the requirements of the rooms are well documented in the attached brief. At this stage I need the preliminary layout to be done, further detail drawings will be negotiated at a later date. Must be done in ArchiCAD 15. This is an architectural / interior design project. We have General Arrangement drawings for several 2 bed modular steel-framed apartments. We need an experienced architect / interior designer who is capable of developing detailed design and full documentation of the project - details of all junctions and materials - living room, bathroom, joinery etc. This project will be ongoing and will be offered as a series of packages.You must be able to show good examples of previous working drawings of similar residential projects and an understanding of modular buildings.Drawings will be at various scales and levels of detail from 1: 50 to 1:2. You will need an ability to resolve detail design problems, while being aware of cost implications and ease of construction.Drawings should be in CAD, ideally Autocad.The first project is an immediate start and new projects will be monthly thereafter.
