Emphasis is on front elevation (Carporch, front walls / gates, etc.) Lightings, water feature & landscape can be introduced to enhance the overall feel. Main structural members have to be retained as well as roofing, so design will have to incorporate stuffs that cannot be altered. Plans and elevation drawings will be given upon confirmation and refer to attached for a rough view of the house. I believe I'm easy to work with as I'm a builder myself and I know the availability of building materials available in my country. Creativity is the key here as this will be one of ourshowcase project.
