The visuals shouldn"t be simple and basic, but at the same time, they shouldn"t be extremely complex with a ton of stuff going on. The focus is the music, and I don"t want the visuals to take away from that fact. The promo will be approx 2:40, and will need several titles throughout. I am a big fan of AE"s optical flares, but a good example of what I am not looking for would be this: black background, a 2D title swoops in, and an optical flare beams across the top of the title. Not that we can"t do that, but only that and nothing more would be too simple and basic.
