The system should allow administrator to add or modify training materials.For the examination mode the system contains 500-1000 questions and multiple answers for each question. With a given frequency (3-5 times a month), the user must pass the exam. For the exam user need to answer 10-15 questions that are selected at random. Count of questions of each exam should be configurable. The exam results for each user are stored on the server. Administrator of training should be able to add/change questions, exams, training materials. All changing on the system should be logged.The system should allow to create reports on the results of passing the exam.The database structure and basic operations should be well documented. I have designed a webite called gilbertnow.com in wordpress. The site is for Gilbert, AZ residents. There is a real estate page on the site. I want the user to be able to put their address, sqft, neighborhood, upgrades etc.. Then once they do that I want a estimated value of the home to show up similar to Zillow.com. The value will come from me where I would place the data in a excel sheet or some sort. Example: I put the data in a excel form on all the homes in Gilbert, AZ. If they live in a neighborhood called "The Gardens" I already have a price per square foot value in the database for that neighborhood which is $80 per square foot. So when the user puts their square feet of their house and the neighborhood, it automatically calculates.
